Reseller Guide

Please read the information in this guide carefully, it contains important instructions and explanations as well as the answers to many frequently asked questions.

Prices
The ViralTracker licenses available are Black, Gold and Platinum. The non discounted price starts at € 2.999. Our resellers in i.e. Germany and the UK each sell about 50 licenses per year. So do the math yourself.

Reseller Discount
Our standard reseller discount is 15%. But our large market resellers earn 20% to 25%. With 40 sold licenses per year- you can calculate your profitability easily.

Resellers Per Market
To grant certain exclusivity we will cap the number of resellers per market or territory at a maximum of 3 resellers per market (i.e. US). Smaller markets only have 1 or 2 dedicated ViralTracker resellers. And yes, we will refer the leads from your market directly to our resellers.

White Labeling & Co Branding
We offer our resellers white labeled and co-branded solutions. So your company logo can be embedded in the ViralTracker dashboard.

Sales Support
Proper representation of our product and our corporate design is very important, and we expect our resellers to follow some basic guidelines in this regard. We do help our resellers with rate cards, case studies, cases and information about new product features and releases.

Partnership Agreement
The partnership starts when both parties have signed the marketing plan- in which the reseller commits to run appropriate promotions in his market or territory and when the partnership agreement has been signed.

A joint-press release is part of the official launch.

Summary
An authorized reseller can work in an assigned country or territory. Without upfront investment you can offer your clients the best technology available and earn 20-25% of each sold license.
